Just A Pinch Labs LLC is an independent “fee-for-service” platform. We do not bill your insurance for our services.

FSA/HSA cards (for eligible services)

You will be charged a one time “fee for service” directly for each ordered visit.

We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments currently.

Scheduled Appointments

At Just A Pinch Labs, We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other patients and technicians on time.

If a patient is 20 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.

Appointment Guidelines:

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
You’ll receive a confirmation via text or email with your appointment details.
A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled time.

For Mobile Services:

Please ensure you’re home and ready at the scheduled time.
Provide a clean, safe space for collection (such as a kitchen table or desk).
Our team will arrive within the confirmed time window.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.
